La senyora JANCIS ROBINSON ens ha puntuat 17 sobre 20 el nostre vi PORCELLÀNIC VI DOLÇ NATURAL
This extraordinary wine is sold is half-litre earthenware flasks that look just like the sort of hot water bottles for warming beds that preceded rubber ones. It is aged underwater for good measure! Old Macabeo and younger Xarello with some botrytis. Sweet yet fresh with, honestly, a hint of saltiness. Lovely stuff. Long. Like tangy golden syrup. Slightly grainy-textured and a tad rustic but very good – and very (naturally) sweet indeed. A real novelty. See full details, including which dates it will taste best on in 2013(!) here.
